ALISHA HENRIOULLE

Davenport Youth Director

PARTNER WITH ME

Alisha and her husband, Jake, recently moved to the Quad Cities in September 2025, when Jake accepted the role of Youth Pastor at Bethany Baptist Church in Moline, IL. Alisha is originally from Northern California. Alisha’s journey with Christ began at an early age; by age 15 she was actively involved in youth ministry, and shortly thereafter, she served on mission trips to Mexico and Jamaica. These early experiences shaped her lifelong passion for discipleship and reaching teenagers with the hope of Jesus.

For over two decades, Alisha has served in nearly every capacity in youth and children’s ministry — from Sunday school and college groups to summer camps, after-school programs, and residential foster care. She’s walked alongside youth in difficult circumstances, opened her home to over 50 people through discipleship and hospitality, and helped lead mission teams across the U.S. Her heart is to creatively communicate biblical truth so students can experience God’s love and goodness in their daily lives.

Beyond ministry, Alisha holds an AA from Central Maine Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Before fully stepping into ministry, she also worked in healthcare, nonprofit settings, and children’s homes — experiences that deepened her understanding of brokenness, compassion, and service.

In this season, Alisha is thrilled to join the Youth Hope family as Davenport Teen Youth Director, partnering across the river to bring hope, mentoring, and spiritual guidance to young people in the Quad Cities. Her heart for kids is contagious and we are exctied to see how God uses her in Davenport! Outside ministry, she enjoys reading, hosting friends and students, and sharing life over coffee with new and old friends alike.
