HOLIDAY FOOD BASKET APPLICATIONS
Applications Available October 2-November 13 while supplies last.

Info: YouthHope provides food baskets to families in need during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Baskets must be applied for through the YouthHope Food Pantries and are first-come, first-served until all applications are completed.
Families may only apply for ONE holiday basket.
Only one basket per household/address.
Baskets must be picked up from YouthHope on distribution days.
Basket Card PLUS I.D. or proof of address is required for basket pick up.
