Michael has been working at YouthHope since the fall of 2023! Michael's job is to support the operations and systems of YouthHope, ensuring that the systems, facilities, and vehicles we use as part of our ministry are in good working order. This ensures that we can have maximum impact for helping to reach kids & teens with the good news of Jesus Christ!

Michael lives in Coal Valley and was born and raised in the Quad Cities area. He went to Moline High School and graduated from Augustana College in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

"I have always felt a call to work with children, and the Lord has given me a heart for kids and youth. YouthHope is a natural fit! I am thankful for the opportunity to serve our children, sharing the love of Jesus with the young people in our community."

Michael attends First Evangelical Free Church in Moline, a close ministry partner with YouthHope. Prior to this current role, Michael has volunteered and served out at Camp Summit.
